The Heaven Shop

The Heaven Shop is a book by Deborah Ellis. What this book is about is that there is a girl who is thirteen years old her name is Binti. She lives is Malawi in Africa she has one brother his name is Kwasi he's fourteen and also she has one sister her name is Junie she's sixteen and her boyfriend proposed to her and they are going to get married. Also her father but her mother died of AIDS so her father is a single father. Her father is a coffin maker and he called his coffin shop "The Heaven Shop." Binti works in on a Radio Show. Her show is about AIDS/HIV.
In the book it's like about poverty, death, disease, disparity, discontent, and disaster. All those six things are talking about the book. Because her father works in a shop you know the ones on the street. Like there are stalls when Binti walks home she sees the stalls and children on the street.
What I didn't know was how the children live. Like on the street and the children what they are going through. When I was reading this book it was actually touching me. Because how I was like reading this book I saw that how they were living on the street and the stalls and also how they need the money and use for good.
